How is Bunker Dry installed in existing bunkers?

    1. Precise Excavation of the Lowest Point.

    We begin by excavating a targeted area at the absolute lowest point within the bunker’s sub-strata to ensure optimal water collection.

    2. Creating the Carrier Channel.

    This involves carefully excavating a narrow trench to precisely accommodate the carrier pipe, ensuring an optimal path for water flow from the Bunker Dry unit.

    3. Establishing the Outflow Channel.

    We extend the excavation beyond the bunker perimeter, creating a clear and efficient trench to allow the carrier pipe to discharge water effectively, well below the bunker's base.

    4. Device Placement & Alignment.

    The Bunker Dry unit is carefully test-fitted into the excavated lowest point, ensuring perfect alignment and optimal drainage performance.

    5. Preparing the Carrier Pipe Connection.

    6. Component Installation & Trench Integration.

    The primary weir component and carrier pipe are now securely installed into their prepared trenches, forming the core of the Bunker Dry drainage system

    7. Finalizing Pipe Integration & Backfill.

    The carrier pipe is now fully secured into its trench. Once this step is complete, the trench can be backfilled with soil to secure the installation.
